the best way to do this is to tell them that you would like to kiss them any maybe ask if they would want to first. If you cant get them to kiss YOU first then go in first and they will follow, after this they will probably learn that they need to be the one to impose the kiss

Personaly, your way to young to be even thinking about that. At least get in too Middle School. You are 10!! Or 11!! But you should still be thinking about puppies and unicorns. But if you really feel strongly for him, at least wait till' the summer. And dont think about it till' then. If you want to set up a "playdate" or hangout at the park or something, ask them if you can hang out with a friend that you really like as a brother. So dont make me be your mother. o.k. random. well, be nice. talk to her. dont be mean. if she is a jerk, dont bother. If she is in the cool crowd and has a strong boyfriend, FORGET ABOUT IT!!!! Just flirt, if she lives close to you or your friends house, dont stalk her, just try to talk to her when she is at her own house ALONE!
