A male rapes, if the receiver of said rape is a female, by penetrating the females vagina with his penis. One does this while the female does not agree with the actions taking place, lest it is not rape.

Rape is not always penis/vagina. The various definitions of rape range from the broad (coercing an individual of either gender to engage in any sexual act) to the specific (forcing a person to submit to sexual interference). The crime of rape can be viewed under the more comprehensive term "sexual abuse." Two types of sexual assault are defined in most legal codes: sexual abuse and aggravated sexual abuse. Sexual abuse includes acts in which an individual is forced to engage in sexual activity by use of threats or other fear tactics, or instances in which an individual is physically unable to decline. Aggravated sexual abuse occurs when an individual is forced to submit to sexual acts by use of physical force; threats of death , injury, or other harm; or substances that render that individual unconscious or impaired.

Rape is a violent act of non-consensual sexual intercourse. It can be perpetrated by individuals of any gender, not just men. Perpetrators may use physical force, manipulation, coercion, or substances to overpower and assault their victims. Rape is a serious crime and a violation of human rights.

What is it called when you have a fetish about raping young girls?

There are two issues here. "Rape" is called rape -- forced sex with an unwilling person. Rape is usually about power, not sex. Sex with pre-adolescents (girls or boys) is called pedophilia. Sexual attraction to young girls (adolescent and beyond) is normal for guys,, but the law prohibits sex with underage people, even if they're willing.

What is gay rape how is it rape?

Gay rape refers to any non-consensual sexual activity that occurs between individuals of the same gender. Rape is considered a crime because it violates the survivor's right to autonomy over their body and their right to consent to sexual activity. It is important to recognize that both men and women can be survivors of rape, and that the gender of the individuals involved does not change the nature of the crime.

Why does rape exist?

Rape exists primarily as a display of power and control over another individual, rather than as a result of sexual desire. It is a heinous act of violence that is often motivated by a desire to exert dominance, instill fear, or seek revenge. Efforts to address and prevent rape involve challenging harmful beliefs and attitudes that perpetuate a culture of violence and promoting education, consent, and respect for all individuals.
