That's pointless and will only end in frustration in heartache. If you have a particular girl in mind, ask yourself how long you think it will last. If it's not that long, stop now. There's no point in entering a short relationship that, again, will only end in hurt. If you really do think that you can last for a long time (by which I mean years), then that's up to you. I'm mainly advocating that you should wait a while. All of the relationships that I've witnessed with people this age (and that's quite a few) have ended within a couple of months. Only one really extended past that. Also, decidedly ignore that last person. You can't just tell a long-term friend that you love them. Don't go playing with people's hearts. Say only what you mean.
