Counting calories is helpful for maintaining a good and healthy diet because it will help you to ensure that the amount of calories you consume each day is less than the amount of calories you burn up. First, you must decide how many calories you should consume each day. For women and teenagers, it is 2,000-3,000 calories per day. For most men it averages around 2,500 calories per day. This depends on your build, such as muscle content and height.
a calorie is a mesure of fat like a cheese burger might have 2000 calories and a apple might have 20 so the more calories something has the more fatty it is and counting calories can help you loose weight in the way that you can keep count of how many calories you have had to how many you have lost
depends on how you treat the car! take care of it and maintain it, it could last a lifetime look into recalls there may be a recall that could be helpful to have the car last longer if fixed
Low calories could be good if you are on a diet or watching what you are eating.

I would spend up to $600.00 for a machine you could put food in and it would tell you the amount of calories in whatever it is you put in there. I picture it as a small microwave type box that you shut the door of, push a button and it measures the heat index (calories). It would be nice if it measured fats and sugars too, but calories are good to start.
Earth's atmosphere is helpful because it protects life on the planet by providing oxygen for respiration, regulating temperature through the greenhouse effect, and absorbing harmful ultraviolet radiation from the sun. It also helps to maintain a stable climate and weather patterns by circulating heat and moisture around the globe.
If you did that everyday, it could lead to weight gain. It would be best to exercise, if you are eating more than your should.
You could only eat about 2100 calories a day.
Helpful, without it you could not digest your food.
The rule that a doctor told me was to multiply your weight by 10 and that is what your daily intake should be to maintain your weight. Similarly if you want to lose weight, tally your daily intake for a week, find your average daily intake, and reduce that by 500 calories. So for instance I weight 175 pounds, so I should be consuming 1750 to maintain my body weight.
I had trouble eating at night.. And during the day. It didn't change until my attitude and understanding about food changed. I did that by counting calories. I counted the calories for everything I ate and drank. It was hard at first (especially searching for the calories in certain foods) but after a few weeks it hit me, I AM IN CONTROL. It was liberating because suddenly what I ate became a choice--and I could choose moderation. Don't focus too much on when you eat. Focus on what and how much.
it would not be helpful because there is no air so you cant breathe
