You can walk around your neighborhood,you can buy a balancing ball to firm your abs,buy light weights to lift(#3-#5)for firming muscle and losing weight.You can also buy exercise videos.All of this will help you lose weight and firm up. In a few weeks you should see results.You dont want to lose weight too fast because you can get alot of medical problems.Lose weight slow and it will stay off than if you lose it fast.

Are you talking about not using any sort of technology or cardio and weigh-lifting machines? I assume you mean not using any treadmills, elliptical, etc. machines. Well, it depends on what you are willing to do. If you do not want to use any of those machines, you would have find other ways of exercising that doesn't require one. For example, walking or running on a track, lifting weights for toning or muscle gain. Or you can attend classes like yoga and pilates to tone your body, etc. And if you pair that with dieting, and stick to a routine, you should be able to lose weight. The tricky party here is that if you're exercising and just count calories, that might not be enough to lose the weight you want to. It depends on your body because I know of situations where people were working out and were consuming a specific amount of calories per day but was having inconsistent weight loss. A great weight loss solution is to use something that helps you track your activity and the amount of calories you're burning and consuming. One great product is the BodyMedia Fit armband. What I really like about it is that it tracks all your information but also breaks down the nutritional content of what you're eating. So it might not even necessarily be an amount of calories you need to lose, but rather to eat less carbohydrates, less sodium, drink more water, etc.
