Unlikely that it is shot out. Have it examined by a competent gunsmith
The model number should be stamped into the barrel near the Winchester name. It will say "model" or "model of"
by the barrel gauge and cereal number..
Could you recheck the model number, (It's stamped in the barrel.) There's no such thing as a model 210 so far as I can tell.
read top of barrel. it will tell you the caliber bullet it shoots............
All guns should have the information stamped onto the barrel. Most of the time it is near the action. Look on the barrel of your shot gun and it should tell you the make, model, caliber (or in your case with a shot gun) the gauge, for shot guns the size of shell the gun takes, and finally the choke the shot gun has. If it is a screw on choke it should saw on it.
Sounds like a Winchester model 1873 .38 cal....email me pics and i can tell you more....martinphoto1@verizon.net Regards, Marty
On the vast number of the various Winchester models, the Model designation is stamped on the barrel, or on the upper tang. If you can tell me what type of action it has, I can point you in the right direction.
I'm not sure if that chambering was in regular production, but even if it wasn't, Winchester bent over backwards for their customers and would fill special requests. The quickest way to tell for sure is to take a close look at the barrel of the gun.If it says Winchester model 70, New Haven, Ct. AND 7mm Weatherby on the barrel, it's factory issue.
Winchester Model 1894 serial number 786712 was manufactured in the year 1915. The value can only be determined by a visual inspection and evaluation. Bert H.
Manufactured in 1950, and should be a 20" barrel carbine. www.countrygunsmith.net

There should be a stamped model number on the left side of your barrel. The serial number will be on the reciever; however, the model number is on the barrel.
