I think you need to get it fixed or shove a knife under the button attucually dont do that you'll ellectrocute yourself
The button should be pushed in , if the button has popped up/out the switch has been tripped and there would be no power going to the electric fuel pump
The button pushed down is the normal operating position , if the button is popped up the switch is tripped and no power is getting to your electric fuel pump . Or do you mean that the fuel reset light came on in your dash , you pressed the button down , and the switch did not reset ? I pushed the reset button down, it stayed down. no fuel, but the light is still on. What do i need to do?
Is there a reason that you want the inertia switch button to pop up ( if the button has popped up , then no power is flowing to the electric fuel pump )
a one button switch feeding maybe an rs flip flop so the contact bounce wont cause a computer to think you pushed the button 20 times instead of once
The power button should be right in front of the keyboard. The button looks like a circle with a line going half way through it. who ever wrote the answer above mine is right but i think the question ment where is the internet switch on it? is on the front or the side of the laptop jsyk lolz ~destiny
Check the rear of the switch -some have a metal button on the side when pushed allows you to pull the knob out of the switch assembly
The only authorized means of using a laptop for airplane travel is to disable the wireless transmitter (done through your operating system or a button/toggle switch on the laptop itself).
Make sure the override button next to the light switch has not been pushed.
Sometimes there is a safety button or switch that must be held or pushed to allow this to go into reverse.
If you can't get a phone to switch off because of a broken lock button, you can always remove the battery.
If the fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) " trips " because the vehicle has suffered a " jolt " because of a collision or maybe hitting a bad pothole , then the button on the top of the switch needs to be manually pushed down to reset the switch . If the button has popped up then no power is going to the electric fuel pump . I BELIEVE the switch is in the front passenger footwell , under the front edge of the carpet , mounted on the toe board , just to the right of the transmission hump on your 1993 Ford Ranger
There is an adjustable switch that the pedal operates when pushed. Either the switch is no good, or needs adjustment by loosening the lock nut and screwing in 'till the button clears the pedal.
