If you have backed up before you deleted the contacts, just restore from iTunes backup files with iTunes.
1.Configure iTunes so that it does not automatically sync with your iPhone when your phone is connected to your computer
2.Connect your iPhone to the computer.
3.Open iTunes
4.Right-click on your device and press "Restore from backup"
By the time the restore is done. Note: If your other files like new contacts, new messages that have not backed up would be rewritten. Therefore, don't use the iPhone any more once contacts is lost. You can also recover iPhone contacts from iCloud backup.
