There are a couple of ways to achieve rapid weight loss, but none of them are particularly healthy. That's because it's all about calories. Here are the two "best" options:
1. The "juice" diet. This doesn't mean clear juices (as in a "cleanse" diet), but juice smoothies made from whole vegetables and fruits. This will supply plenty of nutrients your body needs but not a lot of calories.
2. The HCG diet. HCG is a hormone women produce during pregnancy which can keep you from feeling hungry even when you are eating very few calories. This type of diet also restricts you to certain food types. HCG is attainable (legally) only by prescription, so you must have a physician monitor you while you're on it.
Beware, these are called "crash" diets for a reason! Both will make you feel miserable while you are on them, and although you'll lose weight rapidly, you're also more likely to gain it back once you're off. Neither diet should be done long-term, especially the HCG diet, because it can permanently damage your health. If you are trying to lose weight permanently, you're better off sticking to a more conventional lifestyle change and expect to lose about 1 pound a week.

the safest amount to lose in a week is about 1-2 pounds, which, if you lose around 2 pounds a week, can amount to half a stone a month and therefor you could probably lose a whole stone in about 2 months, 3 at the most I would say. You just need to limit your calorie intake to about 1200 and exercise about 3/4 times a week in half hour sessions in things such as cardio work (walking, weight etc) and perhaps funner things like dance :) but tbh ig youre losing more than 3 pounds a week, you should maybe add some calories onto your diet and cut a wee bit of exercise out to balance it out :)
