well normally when people lose tha bck to their regular earring they use an eraser . I guess you could do that . & when I lost tha ball to my Bellybutton ring I jst used an eraser . So I suppose you could use it for your tongue too , but I wouldn't keep it in there too long , get a new ball asap .
