think of funny things that you herd before like mabey a joke or a funny quote.
Also ALWAYS SMILE.

I would first start by asking someone you think is funny for advice.

also, start by taking observations, writing the observations down, and think of why those things you observed are funny. little things are usually the most funny.

a deep understanding of language helps, you won't understand a joke if you don't know the definition of a key word in the punch line.

emotions are illogical and easy to manipulate. hence, they are very funny as well.
