My first question is why would you want to do this? If you are pregnant you realize that eventually you will show and everyone will know your secret. However I'm sure you have your reasons for your actions, so, if you want to make it appear as if you are on your period you can always complain loudly of cramps and boob pain and if you want to make it really convincing buy a bottle of nail polish that is the same color as your normal menstrual blood and water it down just a tiny bit then pour some on your pad or soak some on a tampon and leave it visible in the trash can or floating in the toilet (after it dries). Please do not attempt to introduce any foreign substances near your vagina. You risk getting an infection if you put something down there that's not supposed to be.
Now, the bit of reason. Please don't try to fake having a period. Get help from someone, talk to someone, go to your doctor. Good luck!

Well, as above I wouldn't know why you would ever so want to. But, my friend did this to her mother for her first period (she wanted it badly) she used red nail polish. I'm not sure if she did it for real, or if it was a story. If your pregnant than go to the doctor, and be truthful.
