Let's just hope you have her number or some kind of connection with her... myspace/email. If so, try talking to her frequently and ask her out on a date. Don't waste too much time because the connection will fade overtime if you two barely know each other.
If you have no connection with her, I suggest you move on. But of course, you can always find her physically and somehow find a way to ask her out. Don't be a stalker or portray as one.
