You constantly smell like an walking ashtray. It permeates all your clothing, the interior of your cars, your house ... everything. It's very unpleasant to have a conversation with a smoker - their breath stinks and it is almost gagging to a non smoker.

For each cigarette you smoke, you have essentially removed 5 seconds of your life ... add up how many cancer nails you smoke and ... well ... that's how much less time you will live later on in life - that is, if you actually make it that far.

Smoking increases your blood pressure, too ... and eventually can cause emphysema which in turn can cause your vocal chords to be removed and then you will be talking using a throat amplifier. You can quit ... it's easier than you think.


Smoking can leave you more breathless when doing any physical activity like jogging. Easy way to stop smoking is to:

1) To cut down smoking.
2) Do not have a cigarette first thing in morning (try to wait at least 30 minutes).
3) Do not have a cigarette after a meal, having sexual intercourse, and other times
when you'll enjoy it the most. Again wait at least 30 minutes.
4)Set a quit date and than stick to it.
