It depends how old you are, if you want to turn on your boyfriend and impress him without having sex then flirt with him alot. Be honest with him about how you feel and maybe stroke him softly or say something that will make him realise how cool you are, all of these things will make him be turned on as boys are so easy to do so. Also suprise him by saying or doing something he would never expected you to do, also emphasise your breasts as this is the classic way to make them pleased. If he does however want to go further than you wish to after all this then dont be afraid to say no and keep him waiting as this will also keep him hanging on and waiting for you which is a good lace to get boys if you can. But like i said boys are generally easy to turn on.
