Tons of people say its one of the worse...
I got mine pierced a few years ago and had to take it out because I play softball and I catch...
It felt more like a pinch then anything else... I actually would say it hurt a 5 out of 10... so it's def not that bad... an ear piercing is probably just a little less...
A few weeks ago I got my septum repierced... not bad at all once again...
Stung a little more but that's typical because it had to go through the scar tissue...
