I have always used the formula of 1.5 grams of protein multiplied by target body weight. For instance, if your target weight is 200 pounds then your protein intake should be 300 grams of protein per day.
Well, it depends on if their health. If they are fat and overweighted, they should not eat junk food. If they are skinny, they can eat it, but not too much.
For Breakfast eat like a king, for lunch like a joker, and for supper like a poor man. Or take a diet a scientist discovered in about the 1600 and eat about 300,000 grams of fat per meal! *( I would NOT Recommend that )
