first of all I've never heard of Winchester's involvement in 32 gauge shotguns in any way so I'm just referring to the "32 gauge" & the ones i currently own & shoot.
I'm looking for more info too. I now own 2 of these 32 gauges, an American arms 32 GA o/u & a tecni-mec, a rizzini co. Made in Italy 32 GA o/u. Having owned the tecni-mec since 1990, it has become my favorite dove, quail & chukkar gun as well as for younger pheasant.
I have just commissioned the main rizzini company in Italy to custom build a set of 32 GA o/u barrels to fit my existing rizzini "small gauges combo" set of 28 & .410 GA barrels on a 28 GA frame & should have it mid 2012.
The only ammo maker i know of is fiocchi who also makes 24 gauge shells. #6 & #8 shot can be had in a 2 1/2" shell with 1/2 oz of shot.
Even though this almost exactly a 2 1/2" .410 load for some reason i can shoot the 32 much better than a .410 or 28, even equalling many of the 20 GA scores i have shot as have others who have used it.
That's all i know for now...about the 32 GA shotgun!
I would check your model number? The Winchester model 1897 was a shotgun made by Winchester, while the 32-20 caliber is a rifle cartridge that was used in the model 1894 Winchester lever action rifle and other models, but never in the model 1897 shotgun.
What is the value of a noble 12 guage model 60 shotgun with a 32 inch barrel?
Your winchester model 37 red letter 20ga is valued at between 120-325 dollars based on your shotgun having between 60%-90% original finish and a good bore. This also reflects the 35%premium for having a red letter model, and a 32in barrel.
50-100 USD or so
Ball park, mine is a Model 32 TC, and it was apprasied at $3200.00

I know where there is one. It is in NICE condition. Where are you located?
Are you asking about a single round of ammunition made in 1924? FYI, the only fiream called a Model 24 made by Winchester was a shotgun.
The 32 gauge shotgun (NOT .32 caliber) is fairly rare in the US. They are more common in South America as a bird gun.
between 90-150 dollars.
Parts for an American Gun Company shotgun will only be found as part of another shotgun. Haunt the local gunshows for one that is being parted-out. As for the gauge (not caliber), did you mean "bigger than a 410"? There have been 24, 28, and 32 gauge shotguns made. Of these, only the 28 is still available in the US, but I believe 32 gauge shells may still be commercially loaded in Europe.
First, determine which model Winchester 12 gauge you have. Then go to www.stevespages.com/page7b.htm and download the manual. For a more detailed set of disassembly instructions, go to the Gun Digest bookstore www.krausebooks.com/category/firearms_knives and buy the Gun Digest Assembly/Disassembly book on shotguns.
