Hey i was hoping someone could give me good and in depth tips about how to strike up a good convo with a girl and keep it flowing any tips?

Depends on the context of the meeting...
But just start with the basic questions...where she's from, how she knows whoever, what she does etc.....if she's responsive and looking interested in the conversation try and interject with things you know relating to whatever she says and just keep it flowing.
If the convo comes to a natural pause then divert the attention onto something else...asking her if she wants to go and get a drink is always a good time-filler and a signal to her that you're probably interested.
But of course it depends where you are and what you're doing. But it's probably a social occasion you're meeting her at rather than on the street. Most importantly, don't think too much....focus on what she's saying rather than how you're coming across.... Seem positive and friendly and comfortable talking to her, put her at ease. It's nice to find someone easy to talk to. Just don't worry about it, be natural!
