I know how to impress my girl but this may not be the same things that impress your girl. Start by listening to her. She will let you know what she likes and doesn't like. Most girls are impressed by thoughtful, considerate, faithful guys. Most girls (and people in general) like to talk about and do things that they are interested in. This doesn't have to be all the time but there should be a balance between your interests and hers. If it is all about you all the time, she will get bored.

Showing genuine interest in her, listening attentively, surprising her with thoughtful gestures, and supporting her goals and aspirations can all help impress your girlfriend. Remember, it's the little things that often make the biggest impact.
