Here are some bday ideas. ( some of them may cost more ) depending on how much money you want to spend these may be good: pool party, spa party, sleep over, go to game works, magic mountain, get mani petties, go ice skating, go Bowling, go roller skating, have a movie night and go to a movie theater, have a dance party and hire a dj, sleep in a tent, go boating and innertubbing, have a contest party like kareoke and limbo, get a pinyatta ( spelled it wrong sorry!), rent a bounce house, rent a water slide, go to a corn maze, go to a farm, go horse back riding, go to a gymnastics place, go to a water park with friends, spend the night in a hotel. Hope that all those idea helps! I think i have done like all of those bday party ideas and they are all a blast! =D

In which country does she live? What are her hobbies and interests? Does she have a group of friends or an association with others of her age?

Here's one idea:

Invite them for a slumber party. Ask them to arrive at noon. Give them lunch and then give them $5.00. Take them to a local Dollar Store where they must buy items they will need to create a 'fashion show' that night.

Take them home, begin making the fashion show costumes. Dinner, then a floor show of fashion divas!

Don't forget popcorn, soda, music and a bubble machine!

for a 13th birthday party for a girl i would recommend having a sleepover with 1 to 3 friends. Maybe take them to a hotel or a resort or something?

Maybe take them to see the latest film-check the ages of all guests-and then leave them alone to enjoy the movie!

Then take them home (or out) for some tea.

Or, if they're adventurous-

Take them somewhere with a climbing wall or rafting or skating etc.
