I just started with Sensa a month ago because it sounded cool...I wasn't expecting it to work as well as it does! I've lost 7 pounds so far and it's so easy! I'm a new Mom, so finding the time to commit to a full routine is hard. Sensa curbs my cravings and helps me eat less without feeling deprived. It sounds too good to be true.
