The Talo Squire was made by Harrington & Richardson in the 1960s time-frame. It appears to be a polished up model 58 in 20 gauge with better bluing and finished wood than H & R standard Topper line. Aside from the finish it is basic vintage H & R. One sold a while ago on one of the auction sites for $125.00. There is no option for additional barrels supported by Marlin the current holder of the name and design. Most small parts for it can be found from Brownells and/or Numrich(Gun Parts inc.)
$125
The Smith and Wesson model 58 is a 6 shot N frame revolver in caliber .41 magnum with a four inch barrel and fixed sights. It is the nickel version of the model 57. The model 58 is still available from Smith and Wesson. The condition mostly determines the value of the firearm. A model 58 in fair to excellent condition might be priced from 250 to 1000 US dollars.

Since it has a serial number, it was made after 1968. They were made at least through the 1990's, but I know of no source of serial number dating info for recent H&R guns. * Harrington & Richardson manufactured the shotgun in 1974.
