Yes, it could. If a line on the test means pregnancy, I would assume you are. Verification with a blood test will confirm. HcG levels are very faint do it could mean very early pregnancy. The blood test will be able to tell for sure whether you are. It wouldn't hurt to start taking the vitamins now though. It can help prevent birth defects.
