Happened to me, too. I'd say, if you like the guy, take his hand and lift yourself up, but don't put all your weight on him. You want him to help you up, not carry you. Then smile and say thanks and giggle a little (flirtatiousness ;-)). If the guy is a friend, laugh and grab his hand. Lift yourself up and dust yourself up and say thanks.
