Girl usually takes over hour to respond to my initial texts and shes not busy at work so is she doing this because shes interested and playing hard to get since we have another date coming up?

yes that what girls do.we r trying to make u stay with us.we that means she is liking u so u should not play it .just act cool. relax.
Don't play along with the game and be a moron. If it takes her an hour, you be a man and push it off as long as you can. You really think you can maintain her interest by playing along. This is a war buddy! If you let yourself be had you will just keep losing. While she is waiting on your text, you could find another girl to talk to for a short while until you feel like responding. Of course, if you are not a complete butt hole you could just wait twice as long as she does to respond. Then act like you were really busy the whole time you were avoiding talking to her. If it takes two hours you need to let go. That means she is letting you down easy.
