Well the medical field will say 0.4 gr per lbs. so ar 65 grams. Muscle heads will tell you to take 1gr+ per lbs....The right answer is a little more than medical..way less than muscle head. I would shout to get atleast 65grams spread out through out your day. If you go over no big deal you can double that and still be below 1gr per lbs. People in the gym forget about everything but muscles. High protien diets are hard on our kidneys and usually are wallets and leave most of the protein in a the toilet. Good Luck
