Absolutely fat boys can date skinny girls! Looks definitely play a part in attractiveness, but what a person is like is far more important. If the fat boy in question is smart or funny or kind or interesting or has any other good qualities, then skinny girls can definitely be interested in them.
BUT isn't it a bit superficial for a boy to only be interested in what a girl looks like? Maybe he should try to see beneath the surface as well.
