Hmm... I made up a skit recently while having fun with a friend. It's actually for two people but it might give you some inspiration. About a person who goes to a therapist complaining that they have problems. This is because she/he had a day in which many people told her that she had problems. The therapist tries to convince her that she doesn't but when it looked pretty resolved, the therapist says "well now that your problem is fixed---" resulting in another outburst etc... I ended it with the therapist putting the person into "trained psychologists with iqs of at least 160"s hands over the phone. It turned out pretty funny---especially since when I ( the therapist) was using the "phone" (the remote control), my friends tv turned on....Maybe you can find a way to add a third and fourth party into it, like having the therapists come and drag the patient away or something like that.
