Take that on a case by case basis. Drug use (the hyper-sexuality that comes with it) & cheating do not necessarily go hand in hand. Simply being high cannot lead to a faithful person cheating. Unless she has a history of being unfaithful, there is no reason to be suspicious of being cheated on.
