No. Black ink has to be covered with black ink.For example, if you got a tattoo that was all yellow and blue, you'd need to have it covered with darker ink. You can't go lighter, or else the old tattoo will show through.
The tattoo on Jacob's arm is a tribal tattoo that depicts two wolves facing each other with teeth and claws bared. There is a sort of triangular shape that represents a spear.
Depending on how "dark" your skin is, generally green, red and black will show up well. Most other colors such as yellow, blue, etc, will not show up as the pigment of the skin is too dark for them to show through. The ink color white will not show up either.
Some black-light tattoos show up in daylight. It depends on how your tattoo is done. Some are done to appear as regular tattoos during the day, and then they look different under black light.
The highest paid tattoo artist would most likely be Kat Von D. She is a very popular tattoo artist today and she also has her own television show on TLC.
sometimes if the black ink i very light, and there was a blue tattoo under it.
Yes it is. Some believe white women get the tattoo to show a preference in black men... What's it mean when a black man get the tattoo? Does he have a preference in black men? It is the new symbol of the Black power movement. White people (Especially Women) are just stupid. The meaning of any tattoo is determined by the individual and their reason for getting it. What others think is their hang up and the most common symbolic meaning is simply the death card having no racial connotations whatsoever anyway.

AnswerYes. I have a red and black tattoo with white detail. I'm very pale, and the tattoo is almost 10 years old, so the white has faded and you can barely see it anymore, which doesn't make a difference. For anyone darker than me, it should show up better. Here is an image of white ink on dark skin: http://news.bme.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/black-and-white.jpg. This tattoo looks very clear, but it seems to be brand new.White ink is very subtle on light skin. It probably would not be great as the main, or only, color of a large tattoo. However, if you're looking for something more personal and small, it works. Lindsay Lohan has a white tattoo of the word "breathe" on her wrist. A picture can be found here: http://www.lohangroupie.com/files/lindsay-lohan-breathe-feb21.jpg

Uv ink tattoos do show over normal tattoos. My tattooist has his full body covered with tattoos and has Uv outlines or bits shaded with uv ink too.
You still have a black and white set?

There is no real difference between a white background or a white background. I would think the black background will show a image that is mostly white will show a lot better then the white background.
