This tea works like a laxative. So if you drink it at 9:00 pm, you can expect to go to the bathroom 2-3 times the next morning. A bunch of my friends have had it, and it works for all but one of them. I will say that the tea doesn't taste very good!
If you would basically like to lose weight the "bathroom method" way, then drinking the True Slim tea does work. With a little exercise on top of it, True Slim does it job as a laxative as stated above. If you keep on drinking the tea with a meal afterwards, not too big of a meal, you should start to see results within a day or two. For me, I've lost so far 11lbs from when I started and the taste, well you get used to it, but its not too bad.
