Yes the Sony Cybershot does have an HD video mode as one of it's features.
No
If Sony Cybershot DSC-S700 has a real-time mode - you can use it as web cam /for sure/.
The Cybershot DSC-H70 digital camera features a 16.1 megapixel sensor, 10x optical zoom lens, 3-inch LCD screen, 720p HD video recording, and image stabilization. It also has various shooting modes, face detection, and panorama mode.
Obviously a Video Camera.Much better Quality than a normal camera with a video function.
I just bought this camera and cant seem to find it either... have looked online and sadly i dont think its an option...its going back to the store.
Nope, just camera
The cybershot p10 has 5 megapixels sensor, a 3x to 4x zoom, small and portable camera, movie mode with audio recording, 1.5 inch LCD, and comes with a memory stick. If you're looking for a camera to take everywhere with you, this would be a good choice.
Apparently records in sound, but doesn't play back in sound on the camera. From the manual p28 You cannot listen to the audio with this camera when a movie is played back. To listen to the audio connect with external outputs such as a TV, a speaker, etc. Presumably sound should work on computer play back, but it doesn't for me :-(
The cybershot has 20x optical zoom and is still very compact and easy to carry around. There is an 18.2 MP sensor that can shoot at 10 frames per second. The video recording is full HD in 1080/50 p as well as a very high resolution Panoramic mode. There is also a built in GPS that lets one track your locations.
made in japan
It will when you play it back on a TV or computer; the camera doesn't have a speaker, which is probably why you're confused.
you do it by pressing the "mode" button 3 times
