From iPhone 4 and beyond you can use simple software to unlock your phone. The 3GS is not able to unlock your phone unless you buy a special SIM card or take it to a different carrier
Take the phone to a retailer who specialises in phone unlocks.
iPhones do not take SD cards.
both are same but i phone is a tinny bit better
A SIM card is a small card with a chip on it that contains data pertaining to your network provider and your personal cell phone number. No phone will work adequately without a SIM card; you will only be able to make emergency calls from a phone, even an iPhone 3GS. You will still have to insert your SIM card into your iPhone after a factory shutdown to be able to use the phone to make/receive calls, texts etc.

i phone 3gs at the moment
Yes, you will have access to all the features. It doesn't matter what SIM card is in your phone because the phone needs a SIM card, given to you by a carrier, that is supported by the phone to operate. Just put the SIM card in the HTC Wildfire and put it in the iPhone.
I PHONE 3GS is my answer. Although nexus has higher processor, camera and ram and so does its internet speed but this does not mean that you buy it. i phone 3gs has its own advantages i.e: more memory and sensitive touch screen. Moreover its look more stylish and the zoom in/out feature it gives is marvelous. In addition to these i phone 3gs has its own brand image and it looks more precious than nexus one in the user hand. I believe that its not only the specifications which matters but also the quality and the name which i phone 3gs posses. Nexus one will take years to make this image.
The iPhone 3gs has been touted as the phone that changed the wireless game. The 3gs introduced a world of applications, meant for any function desired. The phone contains a sharp camera, organization functionality, and a beautiful interface. Many phone companies and developers followed suit and attempted to create what the iPhone 3gs introduced to the market, but haven't quite matched it. The 3gs pushed Apple to the top of the smart phone market. The 3gs is still available from AT&T at a deeply discounted price.
The iPhone 3GS was never offered with Verizon. Most got them with AT&T, and got their phones unlocked so they can use the phone with other service providers.
