Yes, works amazing! The real secret to this program is - how bad do you want it? I'm 43/ 5'10" and started out at 240lbs and in 6 months was down to 175 lbs. I followed the program to a Tee never had any of the allowed "extras" and did very little exercise. (I do have slighty physical job) Its not a diet, its learning how to eat real food again and what a real portion size should be. Going to the meetings every week give you support and a obligation to stick to the program. I didn't find it that hard actually and it was worth every penny.
