I'm no doctor, but i have used Marijuana for many years and have for a long time had swollen lymph glands in my neck, jaw and ears. Recently I've stopped smoking Marijuana and have noticed a rapid and apparent improvement.
I would assume it's different for different people though. Plus there could be many other factors involved. Well-being seems to be a fairly holistic thing.
