Twice in my experience.
First time was in Rockford, IL, They sold me a sale range that when it was delivered had a placard inside that said it was a "no return, no warranty." I asked the manager what they would do about misleading me and they said "Nothing".
I boycotted the company for three years and then because there is no competitor here in St. Robert, MO, I bought some laminate that had been sold for .79 cents for .058 cents. Granted I should have known better but Lowes should tell people when it is is defective, and it was!
Some one should and I may start a blog about Lowes apparent policy to sell seconds as firsts without telling anyone.
