You may be growing up quicker than your friends. Ask your friends if you can see their vagina and check if it has a lot of hair. When I was younger I got hair when I was 13 and I asked to look at my friends vagina then and she had a lot of hair. I then looked at my mums and she said that she shaves her vagina so it's not too messy for sex. I looked at my sisters when we were in the shower together ( I was 15 and she was 18) and we were comparing our vaginas. Hers was very hairy and mine was quite hairy. I shaved her vagina for her but the next day when we were in the shower again, the hair had started to grow back thicker. She said that when she was 11 she looked at her friends vaginas and they were hairy so they then shaved each others vaginas. Hope this helps.
