What does it feel like to not have boobs? You are asking a qualitative question that has no answer that is valid within your perception: to someone with boobs it is a state of being that they have no frame of reference in connection with you. Sadly this is like asking "how does it feel like to be human?" how does it feel like to have eyes?" "what does it feel like to breath?" Some things alot of men don't know about the fact of having boobs: they get sore and tender, they get hot and sweaty, they itch sometimes in the heat, they get in the way of lots of actions: sports, construction, ...
The only valid question a male can ask is "how would it feel like if a male like me got breasts?" There is at least one man you can find on the internet, a Brian Zembick from Toronto Canada, who got implants on a bet (>$80,000.) A lot of people think that having big boobs attract guys. Having big boobs does not prove anything, but it may attract attention to some certain people.
Boobs is just a part of a girls body and all girls have boobs. For some girls, they naturally have big boobs, maybe due to genetics.
Once again, it depends on who you are, you may like having huge boobs, or you may not. You just have to be careful of how much your exposing.
