It can really go both ways. You will get the muchies wich makes you eat alot. But it does speed up your metabolism and when you smoke a lot, like every day you will not get the muchies as much anymore, maybe once in a while, but you will lose weight. A lot! I have always been a bit chubby but after smoking fa lot for quite a while i was stick thin. NOTE that it is not worth it as you get lasy and you wont get anything done. And when i quitted it i put it all back on VERY fast ++, For the record I know peolple who smok A LOT that is really fat. The only way to get thin and keep it that way is to eat healthy and excercise, there is no easy way. Trust me.
