Coffee won't help, neither will dancing. The best thing that will remove alcohol from your system is time, so that it is digested.
Alcohol is a depressant - coffee (or more precisely caffeine) is a stimulant. The caffeine counteracts the effects of the alcohol (BUT - doesn't remove it from your system !)
You can help your kidneys to flush your system of alcohol by drinking lots of fluids that do not contain alcohol. Coffee is good.
