The "Pink Lady" model is a double action revolver. They do not have, nor do they need a safety. The safety ia in the long, relatively heavy, trigger pull.
Smith and Wesson's LadySmith line is about 100 years old has been marketed specifically for the female shooter as a smaller-framed and easy-to-use revolver, and this line is still active today. Other manufacturers have followed Smith's examples in making firearms specifically marketed for women; for example, Charter Arms has the Pink Lady line of revolvers.

Gun dealers stock a variety of firearms, and can order firearms they do not have. Several companies DO make revolvers that are pink (or other colors)- but most of them are a larger caliber, such as .38 Special.
I think "pink lady" is in reference to the pink grapefruit.
