If you're taking the drug Adipex (Phentermine) watch yourself. There was a trial done in 1997 by Penn State stating "Patients taking Birth Control medication (oral or otherwise) who were also taking Adipex-P saw an increase in pregnancy risk by 12% over the first 6 weeks. After prolonged use of Adipex-P, the risk increase by an additional 2% for every week the user continues to use the medication."
