not entirely sure... there does seem to be reference to old saxon kings of old, and i know that the serpents eye and duality was often found in alchemy, often fogoing against the philosophers stone, which funnily enoough represented a cross (catholic u see). my best guess is that its a Anglo saxon sign of royalty

I am someone with more then a couple, Evil and normal looking jesters. I just like them, But like the answer to the "What does a jest tattoo mean?"
