Well, in myopinion I would think not. Although it might be true because of those old fashion methods that they would use in the 60's or something but apart from that excuse, I would be surprised if it did help you. Think of all the sugar and small amount of fats in it. It would not be good for your Heart with all that sugar going into your blood stream. I would not advise it! Sorry I'm not sure but if I had to I would say no.


Weight loss is about calories in and calories out. You increase calories out by dieting and exercise.
