Low serial numbers can increase a firearm's value if they are very low, but somtimes things change during the production of firearms and higher serial numbers might be worth more. It really depends on the make and model of the firearm.
You probably mean 1928a...those are worth about $125 on average. Things like the condition and serial number can make them worth more.
It just depends on the condition. Examples with problems can be worth as little as $20. Most pieces will be in the $50 range. If it is perfect then $200 is the going price. Things like having a serial number under 100 or having a star in the serial number can make them worth more.
Impossible to answer without more information.
Any one serial number is as rare as the next. That said, some collectors like bills with repetitive or patterned serial numbers. Being only a $1, there isn't much collector value above face.
The value is more dependent on the year (series) of the bill. The serial number by itself isn't enough information.
If it is uncirculated, it can be worth up to $40. If it is circulated, it's probably worth no more than $5. It will be worth more if there is a star after the serial number.
Not possible. There is more than one gun with the same serial number, some guns were made with NO serial numbers, and data does not exist to translate SN to make/model.
A more useful bit of information to determine the bill's value is the series (date) on it, rather than the serial number. Now if it's a series 1976 or later, it's worth $2.
Without more of a description 100-1000 USD.
You need to provide the series, but in general red seal $2 bills are worth about $3 if circulated and up to $10 or so if in crisp uncirculated condition. The serial number is nothing fancy (your bill would be worth more if it was something unusual like a really low number 000000000003 or something or really high 999999999991 or all the same number 44444444444) and so it doesn't add any value, but an earlier series might make it be worth more.
Without more information, 10-1000 USD or more.
A serial number alone does not provide enough information to answer your question. More than one gun can have that serial number. What make? What model?
