There's no way to know from what you've posted. Be careful, he might see your infatuation as a sign of weakness, and be planning to take advantage of you. Take it slow, see what he's like as a person before you get so involved that you let him hurt you. "Cool" isn't a recommendation for the way a person would treat you in a long term relationship.

In other words, go to the movies with him and do other outside activities but do not move into intimacy. Every relationship has a starting point and this one has not begun yet.
