Depends what Blackberry you have - I think I read that the 7250, Curve and Bold have wireless internet. Blackberry's website provides instructions on how to set it up.
The Blackberry internet service is not an internet provider, so much as it is a way to access the internet or your email though the blackberry phone. You cannot comparer it to other internet providers, as you require an ISP in order to use the Blackberry one. It is more of a gateway product to allow your Blackberry to acess your emails if you are in range of a wireless network.
You will need to have either a dsl or cable internet connection. Then you will need to purchase a wireless router so the electronics in the your house can get the wireless signal.
I don't think so...
You don't need software to find out who's using your wireless internet. If you look at your network it will tell you the IP address and the name they use. You can and should set a password on your wireless internet so no one else can use it.
Because it has great internet
it means unlimited internet time on the blackberry, so including all of your apps and stuff
Apparently not. I tried getting a blackberry too and they told me that I had to get internet to be able to get the blackberry. But then I soon discovered that my brother had a blackberry from T-Mobile and wasn't paying for internet because the guy at the store didn't say anything about internet. So normally you do have to have internet, but you can also get lucky. Good luck! Hope this helped
I think what you mean is SSID , Service Set IDentification. Its a 802.11 wireless network. So SSID internet password mean WiFi password.
A Blackberry functions as a personal data assistant basically a mini computer. Blackberry's also has the exclusive blackberry messenger service so they can send instant messages to other blackberry's.
Unfortunately, a hub isn't a router so you won't be able to get wireless Internet from one.
Internet by cable is ofcause faster than Wireless but wireless is easier to connect to and you can do so anywhere around the routers range without a cable connected
"A wireless service provider is just another name for your internet service provider, the internet comes in on a cable, but is made wireless when it hits your router." "I guess your wireless service provider would be your house, or whatever company made your router. A company doesn't provide you wireless internet, it just provides you internetyou make it wireless." In some areas, there are companies that offer line of site 2.4GHz wireless broadband access. This is NOT the same as WiFi. It is a microwave signal that you access via an antenna array on your roof. it is a device that your laptop has so u can get other peoples internet but if the signal is not strong u cant do it it provides you service and help needed to set up the wireless internet homedawg
