There isn't a substitute for plain water. Regular, plain water as no calories, no sugar, no carbs etc... and there isn't anything else that doesnt have all that stuff. Every other drink (even drinking water with Crystal Light) has some calories, some sugar, some carbs and other stuff
Club soda isn't all that bad for you. Its just that plain drinking water (with nothing in it...not even Crystal light) is more healthier for the body because its just water and its easier for the body to put it to good use (and it could be used right away or quicker than carbonated water)
coffee
Any liquid food count to the intake of water, only problem is that the non water part of the liquid food can be detrimental to you health like alcohol.

Custom Games don't count towards your rank.
No, it does not count towards your kill streak. Chopper Gunner and AC130 do.
Yes, but not if the games goes into a Shoot-out. Shoot-out goals do not count towards a hattrick.
Absolutely, as does low carb drinks, juices, coffee. If you think about what these drinks are made up of, they are mostly water. You cannot contaminate the benefits of water by adding a teabag. So definately, one cup of tea in the morning, afternoon and evening and you're already half way to the recommended 8x8 per day. You can also assume that most vegetables, salads, pastas and meals have a certain amount of water in them and this all goes towards your bodys water intake as well. Hope this helps - mums a nurse :0)
Your theology grades will most likely not count towards anything in the public school unless they count it as an elective.
Yes, Crystal Light actually does count for the same daily water intake. The only thing that it does is add color to your water, and also make the unflavorless water have some kind of flavor. Crystal Light is exactly what the name says; It is a flavor drink that is light for your intaking. So I do imagine that Crystal Light packets in water do count the same for your daily water intake.
No, alcoholic beverages are considered diuretics, which actually deplete the bodies water resources, so to compensate, you should drink and extra and equal amount of water for every alcoholic beverage you consume
