2. the pot leaves on his mic stand during the Honda civic tour

3. the fact that when he was asked to draw a picture of himself, he drew a pot leaf

4. he has a shirt that says "speed kills. stick to the grass."

5. a picture was taken on the panic at the disco tour bus and there was a bong in the background

6. the last panic concert i went to smelled like weeeeeeeeeeed.

So... Probably.
